Solar PV reducing costs for care facilities – Hamilton House Southsea

Portsmouth City Council continue to lead the way in rolling out solar energy across their property portfolio.

Solar Voltaics recently completed a 30KW installation on Hamilton House, a building with high daytime energy demands due to the full time care facilities it provides.

117 panels and a 30KW Samil inverter with two Maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPTs) were installed to maximise output from the excellent south facing roofs.
