Agricultural Warehouse expands Solar PV Scheme

Solar Voltaics recently completed a second phase Solar PV installation for Basil Baird Limited in Funtington, West Sussex.  A 150 KW system, comprising of 600 panels has been installed on the roof of agricultural buildings used for cold storage at the farm.

After the company’s first installation last year, Basil Baird Ltd recognised the financial and environmental advantage of solar, thereby choosing to extend its solar array onto the roofs of additional agricultural barns.

Phase one –  250 KW PV system – 1038 panels (Completed November 2013)

Phase two – 150 KW PV system – 600 panels (Completed November 2014)
