Solar Voltaics

Solar Volatics has just completed its first Solar PV project for Portsmouth City Council on one of its extensive portfolio of owned and managed properties within the City.

Nicholson Gardens provides sheltered accommodation in the heart of Portsmouth; Solar Voltaics has installed a 30 KW solar PV system on its roof , which will provide 26,000 KWH (kilo watt hours) energy for the building each year.  The majority of the energy produced will be used on site, thereby reducing the Council’s energy bills and avoiding 26 tonnes of CO2 emission annually.
